We are a training, coaching and facilitation company founded in 2001 with offices in Italy, the UK, Botswana and Jamaica.
We are a team of trainers, coaches, facilitators, researchers and writers with a passion for what we do, and just a little bit of crazy.
We work to draw out your latent potential so you can perform better and your organisation can deliver its mandate. Turning potential into gold was the alchemists’ goal and still is our daily mission. We are not wizards, just trained pedagogists. But, for the record, we do like funny hats.

Meeting you in person would be delightful, but in the meantime we design and deliver our services for distance learning, tailoring them to your needs and preferences.
