Training
Our training is fun, and we are very serious about it. Forget about monotone speakers, unreadable presentations, shop-worn content. We begin the design of learning by understanding the desired outcomes, writing clear objectives considering the participant’s learning preferences and group dynamics to design and deliver refreshing, bespoke learning activities. We design our materials taking into account all learning styles, to ensure participants are able to absorb and apply the learning.

Coaching
Essentially, coaching is drawing out the latent potential we already have, and whether this applies to individuals or collectives coaching methods bring about clarity and purpose for all. This notion of coaching is based on the belief that often people already have the answers they need but require the space to explore and allow the right path to emerge. This is based on Socratic principles and positive regard for the person we are working with. As a consequence, our coaching is non-directive, we use structured questions to enable the person or group we are working with to find their own answers.

Facilitation
We believe that ownership comes through participation and that participation needs to enable people to be heard. Facilitation is used to help groups and teams improve commitment and make good decisions, to disseminate results of projects, strategise and plan for the future, and to improve working relationships and learning. We use both Facilitation and Process Facilitation techniques that are based on Socratic principles and dignity and respect. “Empathy with authority” is the principle guiding us in connecting with our participants, whilst managing the processes so that any limits such as time are managed well, and all voices are heard.

Pedagogic Design
Great content deserves great tools
Training manuals, facilitator’s guides, slide decks, online learning, case studies, bite-sizes, e-courses: we design and edit the right pedagogic tool for each of your projects.
Pedagogy is the approach to teaching and the theory and practice of learning. Our team of trained and experienced pedagogists works closely with you to develop tools right for each course and academic discipline.
Participants are not ‘empty vessels’ waiting to be filled with knowledge.
Each person brings their own experience and voice to their learning, so we design materials they can relate to and transact with.
We can help you by:
1. Transforming technical resources, documents and publications and reworking them into learning and training materials.
2. Developing learning objectives and designing self-directed or group learning activities.
3. Bringing dynamism to learning activities and events. This can be in face-to-face settings or in a remote delivery mode through multi-media to ensure engaging learning activities.
4. Reviewing existing courses, developing trainers’ manuals and training of trainers’ workshops.
Sit back, we’ll take care of it.
We work on:
Bitesizes
Case studies
Face to face to online transition
