Learning is both our business and our passion. We help organisations and people grow through training, coaching, facilitation and learning design.  We believe an organisation is only as good it’s people, in the same way that alchemists saw ‘gold’ existed within base metal, our mission is to release the latent potential that exists within each organisation, team and individual

Our clients range from United Nations agencies and International Development Organisations, to international and national NGOs, the public sector and the private sector represented by both multinational to small private sector companies.​

How do we do this?

• We design and deliver bespoke, tailor‐made learning events and activities to improve every level of the organisation.
• We coach individuals and groups to maximise their personal and professional potential.
• We facilitate conferences, strategic events and team retreats to make sure everyone’s voice is heard.
• We create, design and edit training manuals, facilitator’s guides, slide decks and other learning materials.

Co-creating with you

Co-creation is the pillar of our work with clients. We deliver strategies to ensure that the assignment is focused on clients and learners’ needs and aspirations. Each client and each assignment is unique to us: we like to get to know you, in order to best express your or your organisation’s voice. We start by identifying learning objectives: they assist us in understanding the client’s true desires and provide a compass for designing interventions, to ensure we remain anchored to the purpose.  We also discuss and agree on success criteria and the best way to measure them, so you can be sure your proposal is impactful. We then keep adjusting our interventions, even during the training itself, until you are satisfied.
