Janice’s whole career has been about organisational effectiveness and how we work with people to realise their effectiveness. Her business and organisational development background has given her a deep understanding of organisational context including culture, structure and strategy.
Janice has led large scale transformational change programmes, brought organisational cultures 7together and designed and delivered nationally recognised leadership development and coaching p8rogrammes and talent and succession management strategies.
S10he is a qualified and accredited executive coach and holds diplomas accredited by the International Coach Federation and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Her coaching is person centric concentrating on the whole person, not just the person that turns up for work. Through a series of 1:1 sessions she provides the time, space and support for clients to reflect on themselves, their impact and self awareness so that they discover their own leadership style, their impact and their potential leading them to develop strategies to enable them to fulfil their goals. She also brings a psychological understanding and works on exploring who we are and why we do, feel and think what we do.
