Ade is lead trainer, coach and consultant, Sophamis Consult, Nigeria. She has a Bachelors degree in Education Economics (B.ED) and a Masters in Public Administration with specialization in Planning, Research and Statistics from the Lagos State University. She is an International labour Organization (ILO) trainer in the following packages: Generate Your Business Idea (GYBI), Start Your Business (SYB), Improve Your Business (IYB). She is also a trainer in the ILO training program for youth, vocational and higher education, Know About Business (KAB).She has a certificate on entrepreneurship from Songhai Center, Benin Republic and a diploma in SME management and development from Galilee International Management Institute Israel. She has lectured Economics and Entrepreneurship at the Nigeria Army School of Finance and Administration, Apapa, Lagos. Where she was also director of the Enterprise Education Center. She has also worked on the YOUWIN (Youth with Innovation in Nigeria) project of the Federal Government of Nigeria as a business plan assessor and facilitator. She has also facilitated at the STANBIC-IBTC training for SME owners. Ade is currently a business development services provider for the Bank of Industry in Nigeria. Where she is facilitating assess to finance and providing BDS services for current and potential customers of the bank. She has a certificate in coaching skills for Business Development Services providers (BDS) from the International Labour Organization (ILO).Ade has also attended several workshops on enterprise education which include: workshop on application of CEFE methodology in the practical training of entrepreneurship lecturers on curriculum development and Central bank/HP/United Nations graduate entrepreneurship training through information technology. Ade’s area of specialization is youth and women enterprise development. She also works with start-up businesses and growth-oriented businesses.
